Briefly - about Enrich

Enrich was founded in 2005 and is based in Denmark. We collaborate closely with a wide range of freelancers, all of whom are experts in their respective fields. This gives us the flexibility to provide value for money. The permanent organisation is deliberately small so we don't pass on high fixed costs to our customers, whilst the large network allows us to tackle projects for substantial clients and offer a comprehensive range of services.

We are just as comfortable delivering a talent programme for aspiring executives, as we are working with local government or not-for-profit organisations.

We have experience delivering programmes in Denmark, Sweden, The UK, Spain, The Netherlands, Italy, The USA, Brazil, Costa Rica, India, Thailand, Singapore, China and Hong Kong. All programmes/coaching can be provided in both Danish and English.

About Richard Naylor

Founder and owner Richard Naylor started working as an experiential education instructor in 1995 at an outdoor centre in Wales. 15 years of working as an instructor, consultant, course designer and lecturer has brought him into contact with a wide range of customers from international sports stars to young people with behavioural problems, from corporate executives to police and special forces officers.

He has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and has continued learning just as much as teaching for the past decade.

The slogan "there's more in you than you think" was the personal motto of Kurt Hahn, whose beliefs and work in the field of experiential education have been a constant inspiration. We all have the ability to surprise ourselves and achieve things we hadn't thought possible.
