Consultancy services

We specialise in designing experiential education exercises and courses. We can help you design your course and produce your teaching materials. We can project manage the whole design and production phase if required, but our absolute speciality is developing unique learning experiences in collaboration with our customers.

Previous projects have included developing teaching material for performance management and leadership courses, developing and running interactive roleplays and business simulations and collaborating on talent management and executive programmes.

Although we have worked with some specific theories and approaches to individual, team and organisational performance, we prefer to be flexible and adapt to our customers' requirements. You tell us what you want your leaders and employees to learn and how they want to grow, and we will design experiential exercises that maximise the chances of adults remembering what they have learned, and applying it to the work place to gain results.
