Teambuilding

Teambuilding courses come in all shapes and sizes. From a social event (which we call "team-bonding") designed to give colleagues a positive experience and see each other in a slightly different context, to deliberately constructed experiences where more weight is placed on process consultation and discussion of team dynamics and behaviour.

We design team development experiences. Outdoors and indoors, through all four seasons, testing physical, cerebral and interactive skills. We create the experiences and then help you and your team reflect on what has happened, how you can learn from it and how it can be applied to achieve tangible results back in the work place.

We try to document our learning-by-doing approach as much as possible. Here you can see a brief write up of an experiment we conducted with six teams to help them understand the tendency people have to overrate their own contribution to a team's work, and how damaging this can be in the long term for teamwork and performance.

Recent Update

Enrich is also pleased to announce that we have recently tendered for, and won a two year contract as exclusive provider of teambuilding services to the European Environment Agency. Together with one of our partners -Teambuildingkompagniet we are now embarking on an exciting and ambitious project to measure and track the effects of the various teambuilding initiatives we run over the next two years.
